We want you to love your Frost7. If you don't, we make returns easy.
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for a full refund of the product price. The item should be in usable, returnable condition (normal use is fine).
Email support@frost7.com with your order ID and we'll send a prepaid return label. Return shipping is free within the US.
Once your return is received, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll get an email confirmation when it's processed.
If your cooler arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including any shipping.
